At this stage in my life, memories are taking on a whole new meaning for me. I have been participating in a wonderful class with Marilu Henner on her fabulous website www.marilu.com. I am learning so much and truly enjoying walking (and sometimes running!) down memory lane.
I am keeping a journal, but I thought I would take it one step further and create a memory quilt. Take all these amazing memories and bring them to life with needle, thread and wool. So far, I am almost done with my first block. I will share it with you perhaps later today. We will se what the day brings. In the meantime, I encourage you purchase Marilu's new book. It could change the way you live your life. I know it has already changed mine.
