Up for auction at
Christies's is a fine signed drawing in colour crayons of the head of a bearded man, inscribed by Picasso to his physician, Dr Louis Gossen. The subject is a recurring figure in the artist's work in 1966-68. The drawing is executed on a sheet of laid paper, on which are mounted reproductions of two other works by Picasso. It could be yours for $38,000 and some change!
