The quote got me at the part where it said to let your first hour set the theme of success. My first hour every day consists of making a latte and waiting for it to flow through my blood stream. My blood type is latte. My best morning is one where in my first hour I don't have to speak at all. That is a successful morning and I know the rest of the day will be pleasant and productive.
