Sometimes it's hard to harness that complaining energy. Once in awhile I feel like if I don't get it out I will just explode. Then I explode and wish I had kept it inside. It was much easier when I could just tell everything to my doll or stuffed animal:) Nothing ever came back to haunt me that way.
